At SG United Foundation (“Strong Girls United”), we are on a mission to empower girls to be strong, confident, and resilient through sports, mentorship, and mental health programming. We accomplish this through a variety of programs led by inspiring female role models, using evidence-based, trauma-informed curriculum to teach mental health and mental skills.
Our motto is strong bodies, kind hearts, and unstoppable minds. We thrive at the intersection of multi-sport exposure and fun, social connection and teamwork, and teaching mental skills and resilience to empower the next generation of unstoppable young women.
